3. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, designs, videos, and other materials, belongs to RV Roof Force Inc. or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

4. Scope of Services

RV Roof Force Inc. provides mobile RV roof services, including but not limited to:

  • RV roof inspections

  • Maintenance and small repairs

  • Leak repairs and resealing

  • Silicone coating systems

  • Roof restoration

  • Full RV roof replacement

  • Seam, penetration, and component sealing

  • Roof structure and decking repair when included in the approved scope of work

Service details, pricing, scope of work, and warranty coverage are provided in writing with each quote, invoice, or service agreement.

All services are based on the visible condition of the roof at the time of inspection.

5. Inspections, Quotes, and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection, photos, customer description, and visible roof condition.

Final pricing may change only if hidden issues are discovered during the repair that could not reasonably be identified before work began, such as hidden rot, water damage, damaged decking, or concealed structural problems.

If the actual repair scope is smaller than expected, the final price may be reduced.

No additional work or price increase will proceed without the customer’s approval.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

If an on-site inspection is performed and the customer approves the repair, the inspection may be included at no additional charge.

If the customer declines service after an on-site inspection, an inspection fee may apply if disclosed before the appointment.

6. Payments and Deposits

Payment terms are provided before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the approved work.

RV Roof Force may withhold final documentation, warranty documents, or additional service until payment is completed.

Warranty coverage is not active while any balance remains unpaid.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule before our crew arrives at no charge.

Same-day cancellation is also free if the crew has not arrived and work has not started.

If the customer cancels after work has started, a minimum $100 service fee may apply.

The customer is also responsible for payment for any work completed, materials used, or costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.

If work must be delayed due to weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, lack of RV access, material delays, or other circumstances outside our control, the job will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

8. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the type of service performed.

Maintenance and small repair services may include a 1-Year Warranty for the repaired or serviced area.

Qualifying coating systems and full roof replacement projects may include Lifetime Warranty coverage for the installed roofing system.

Warranty is issued in written or electronic format after project completion.

Warranty coverage becomes active only after the written warranty document has been completed and signed by both RV Roof Force Inc. and the RV owner.

Lifetime Warranty coverage, when applicable, may be transferred one time to a new RV owner.

The transfer must be processed and approved by RV Roof Force Inc. before it becomes valid for the new owner.

Full warranty terms, coverage, limitations, service call rules, and transfer requirements are provided in the written warranty document issued for eligible work.

9. What Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Storms, hail, fire, flooding, wind, or other natural disasters

  • Accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, or physical damage

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party work

  • A/C units, solar panels, vents, antennas, satellite systems, or other add-ons

  • Damage originating from inside the RV

  • Structural movement, impact damage, frame issues, or mechanical force

  • Pre-existing issues outside the approved scope of work

10. Warranty Service Calls

If an inspection confirms that the issue is covered under an active warranty, the covered repair will be completed at no charge.

If the service call is determined to be unrelated to warranty coverage, the customer is responsible for applicable trip charges, inspection fees, diagnostic fees, and any additional service costs based on current service rates.

11. Insurance Disclaimer

RV Roof Force may provide photos, videos, inspection reports, written damage assessments, repair estimates, and other roof-related documentation to assist customers with insurance-related roof claims.

RV Roof Force is not:

  • An insurance company

  • A public adjuster

  • An attorney or legal service provider

  • A claim approval or denial authority

We do not file claims on behalf of customers and do not guarantee insurance approval, claim payment, claim amount, or coverage decisions.

Claim submission and communication with the insurance provider remain the responsibility of the RV owner.

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the RV

  • Ensure the RV is reasonably safe for inspection and service

  • Remove personal belongings from work areas when required

  • Disclose known leaks, hidden defects, prior damage, or previous repairs

  • Maintain the roof according to post-service recommendations

Failure to follow reasonable access, safety, disclosure, or maintenance requirements may delay service or affect warranty coverage.

13. Hidden Damage and Pre-Existing Conditions

RV Roof Force is not responsible for pre-existing defects that were not visible during inspection, including hidden water damage, mold, rot, damaged decking, internal RV damage, or structural issues discovered after roof removal or during repair.

If hidden damage is discovered, RV Roof Force will notify the customer and may provide an updated scope and price before continuing.

14. Third-Party Work

RV Roof Force is not responsible for work performed by other contractors, RV dealers, manufacturers, installers, or third-party service providers.

Unauthorized third-party repairs, modifications, emergency fixes, or equipment installations may void or limit warranty coverage.

15. Photo and Video Documentation

RV Roof Force may capture photos and videos before, during, and after service for quality control, warranty documentation, training, insurance-related documentation, internal records, and marketing purposes.

Customer personal information is not intentionally disclosed in published materials.

16. Limitation of Liability

RV Roof Force Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

RV Roof Force is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material supply, access issues, unsafe conditions, emergencies, customer actions, or other circumstances outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
