Cancellation & Refund Policy

RV Roof Force Inc. believes in clear and honest communication before any work begins. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how inspections, cancellations, rescheduling, payments, and refunds are handled.

1. Deposits and Upfront Payments

RV Roof Force does not require a deposit to request a quote or schedule an initial inspection unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final pricing is confirmed after inspection, based on the roof condition, required materials, access, and approved scope of work.

Work begins only after the customer approves the final estimate.

2. Mobile Inspection Fee

RV Roof Force may provide mobile on-site inspections for RV roof repair, maintenance, coating, or replacement services.

If the customer approves the recommended repair or service after inspection, the inspection may be included at no additional charge.

If the customer declines service after an on-site inspection, a $100 inspection fee may apply if this fee was disclosed before the appointment.

The inspection may include:

• Roof condition evaluation

• Visible damage assessment

• Leak or problem area review

• Photo documentation

• Repair recommendation

• Estimate preparation

3. Cancellation Before Crew Arrival

Customers may cancel or reschedule before our crew arrives at no charge.

Same-day cancellation is also free if the crew has not arrived and work has not started.

We ask customers to notify us as early as possible so we can adjust scheduling, crew time, and materials.

4. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once work has started, cancellation is handled differently because labor, materials, and crew time may already be committed.

If the customer cancels after work has started:

• A minimum $100 service fee may apply

• The customer is responsible for payment for any work already completed

• The customer is responsible for materials used or costs already incurred up to the time of cancellation

No additional cancellation penalties are applied beyond the applicable service fee, completed work, used materials, or incurred costs.

5. Weather, Access, and Safety Delays

Some jobs may need to be delayed or rescheduled due to conditions outside our control.

This may include:

• Rain, wind, extreme heat, or unsafe weather

• Unsafe working conditions

• Lack of access to the RV

• Material delays

• Customer emergencies

• Crew safety concerns

• Other circumstances outside our control

If service must be delayed for these reasons, RV Roof Force will reschedule the job at no additional charge for a mutually reasonable date.

 

6. Refund Policy

Because RV Roof Force generally does not require deposits before inspection or service, refunds usually do not apply before work begins.

If a customer cancels after work has started, charges apply only for:

• The applicable minimum service fee

• Work completed before cancellation

• Materials used

• Costs already incurred for the approved job

If a payment was made in advance and the final amount due is lower than the amount paid, RV Roof Force may issue a refund for the unused balance after reviewing the completed work, materials, and costs.

7. Changes to Approved Work

If hidden damage or unexpected roof conditions are discovered during the repair, RV Roof Force will explain the issue and provide an updated scope or price before continuing with additional work.

If the actual repair scope is smaller than expected, the final price may be reduced.

No additional work or price increase will proceed without customer approval.

• Work does not begin without customer approval

• Cancellations before crew arrival are free

• Same-day cancellations are free if the crew has not arrived and work has not started

• Cancellations after work has started may result in a minimum service fee and charges for completed work or used materials

• Weather, unsafe conditions, and access issues may require rescheduling

• This policy applies to RV roof inspections, maintenance, repairs, coating systems, roof restoration, and roof replacement services
